Reborn art dolls are entirely handmade, therefore they can have some small flaws and imperfections, which are considered to be acceptable. There are no two dolls that are fully alike, even the same kit will look slightly different when brought to life.
All sales and payments are final. No returns or refunds are allowed. Payments are accepted through bank transfer or in cash via Western Union, Ria, or Moneygram. Due to the fact that a lot of artists have been scammed with chargebacks, I do not accept any payments that can be recalled without my approval.
Custom orders are accepted only for full body silicone dolls accordingly with the wait list. I rarely take custom orders for vinyl kits, only for returning customers.
Layaway payment plans are available if necessary, up to 3-6 months depending on the total amount. Deposits and all further payments and transactions are non-refundable. Layaway payments must be paid on an agreed date every month, without any delays. Any delays or missing payments can result in cancelling the layaway plan and the doll being sold to another customer.
I offer two forms of shipping:
5.1. Regular shipping: priority mail, no signature required, tracking information provided, 7-14 days delivery depending on location and customs setbacks, can be way longer at times. 65€ to Europe, 165€ overseas.
5.2. UPS Express Saver: 2-4 days delivery, requires signature upon receiving the package, usually no customs setbacks, tracking information provided. 255€ to Europe, 265€ to UK, 325€ to US.
Please note, full body silicone dolls are shipped exclusively by UPS.
I ship the packages in 4-5 business days after receiving and clearing the full balance.
All my dolls come home with an exquisite custom hand crafted Vitalia box and Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
I work ONLY with authentic kits which are purchased directly from the sculptors or certified distributors.
